wow fail
by Conrad 5/04/08 - 1:04 AM |
Lulz, how did both Steven and I both neglect this site for... a whole seven months? Wow, yup. Well, yeah, it isn't exactly dead yet. We're just extreme procrastinators. I'm definitely going to redesign this beast once we decide to continue and do stuff with it. Anyway, it's 1:00 AM here, so I'm going to go sleep.

Pumpkin Smash!
by Conrad 11/04/07 - 2:55 PM |
We made this game a year ago, but we were too late to submit it for Halloween, so we decided to can it for this year. Except, as we are idiots, we forgot about it until three days before Halloween! So we ceased to have time to get it properly sponsored. Anyway, enjoy the game! Smashix will be similar to this game, but a MILLION times better.

Forums!
by Conrad 10/13/07 - 10:47 AM |
We've just setup some forums last night, so join if you like. We were going to make a forum from scratch, but we don't really have the time right now, so we just went with phpBB. We plan to make a forum from scratch when we eventually redesign the website. Right now we have it just mostly setup as default, but we'll change the theme and topics pretty soon. The game = 95% done. Fin.

College is time-consuming :(
by Steven 9/11/07 - 9:42 AM |
I barely don't have time to work on smashix anymore but we're so close to finish! I can't even talk to Conrad when I want because I have so much difficulty finding some time to be online. The only thing that's good is that Programming and Math classes are REALLY easy. Just wanted to give you some news if some of you thought that I was gone missing or that I was dead... :P

Mount St. Helens
by Conrad 8/21/07 - 10:14 AM |
I got back from my trip on Saturday night, my family and I were up at Mount St. Helens for a couple nights, and then camped for three nights at the Olympic Mountains. At Mount St. Helens I decided to take a dozen zoomed in shots of the volcano so that I could pin them together when I got back to forge a high-resolution, panoramic image in Photoshop. I just finished it this morning and it is almost seamless (there's a small problematic seam in the left side of the sky, but nothing too noticeable). My digital camera isn’t top notch, but I am fairly pleased with the way things turned out. Click on the image for the full resolution version.
Of course, all the images didn't come together to form a perfect rectangle. If you want to see the whole thing with chunks of photos sticking out left, right, and center click here. It shows a little bit more of the horizon and more the green foreground hills, looks pretty cool if you ask me, but doesn't look as nice and straight forward as the one above.
